I am currently in the progress of establishing communication with an ECE professionl outside the US per NAEYC website. I sent an email to a representative to an ECE professional in Ireland but the email was sent back.
I am currently in communication with an teacher who taught in Japan. Hopefully his background /experiences will be acceptable for the required course work.

Actually my contact from Japan is a friend of my cousin's. NAEYC website is a great resource for this assignment, @Rachael, I am going to try to email the Ireland contact again. I have an interests in Asian and Irish cultural therefore I would like to explore more into the education aspect of the children.
